'Your Machine Can't Do This'
A double entendre, the title of the work, 'Your Machine Can't Do This', refers to generative AI. The disciplines used to create this work (hand-sewing, finger-painting, crochet) are all tactile things only humans are capable of doing. This, coupled with the image of a beating heart, adds another layer; that the 'Machine' cannot feel.

Doll is made in the Romantic Goth style with most colors being black with some red. Has a full-length black skirt with lots of trims. Has black lace cap sleeves, red elbow-length gloves, and a black tulle capelet. Face is painted to resemble goth makeup, and hair is black, short and unkempt. Skin is white.
